서해 백령도 인근에서 발생한 해군 초계함 천안함 침몰 사고로 인해 실종된 해군장병들을 살려내기 위한 구조작전이 진행되는 가운데, 실종자의 한 사람인 박석원 중사의 가족이라고 밝힌 네티즌이 해군 홈페이지에 실명으로 올린 글이 파문을 불러일으키고 있다.
박 중사의 가족은 군 당국의 늦장 대응과 안일한 대처에 대해서 질타를 하면서 극도의 분노와 실망감을 표출해 읽는 이들을 안타깝게 하고 있다. 현재 이 글은 조회수 1만건을 넘어섰고, 네티즌들에 의해 인터넷 상에서 급속도로 확산되고 있다.

실종자 가족 중 일인입니다.
오늘 저녁 백령도 함상에까지 가족 대표로 나가서 하루 종일 구조작업을 지켜본 우리 매제와 전화통화를 했습니다. 어이없고 울화통이 터져 글을 올립니다.
처음 소식을 듣고 달려간 시점부터 지금까지 해군당국, 아니 대한민국의 대처는 정말이지 상식을 뛰어넘는 엄청난 기행을 넘어 만행을 보여주고 있습니다.
함장이란 인간의 브리핑에 의하면, 침몰당시 선수에 부표를 매어놓고 탈출을 했다고 횡설수설했다는데 그 부표가 감쪽같이 사라졌다고 합니다. 정말 매어놓았다면 누가 일부러 그랬을 리는 절대로 없겠지요.
그렇게 믿고 싶습니다. 정말 매어놓았는데 없어졌다면 관리책임이고, 매어놓지도 않고 매어놓았다고 한다면 함장이 거짓말을 한 셈입니다.
어쨌건 그 부표를 다시 설치하는 데 얼마나 금쪽같은 시간이 흘렀습니까?
그 부표 하나 제대로 관리 못해서 상황을 이 지경까지 몰고 옵니까?
잠수사들이 심해 잠수를 했다가 수면에 올라오면 잠수병 때문에 감압챔버에 들어가서 치료를 해야 한다는 것은 웬만한 사람이면 상식으로 알고 있습니다. 심지어 수영을 전혀 할 줄 모르는 저조차도 알고 있습니다.
그런데, 현장에 있는 감압챔버는 달랑 하나뿐입니다. 그렇게 때문에 복수의 인원이 계속 교대로 작업을 하려면 다수의 감압 챔버가 있어야 된다는 것은 삼척동자도 다 아는 사실입니다.
일초가 급박한 상황에서 감압챔버의 수용인원과 그 치료 시간에 따라 잠수사들을 운용하다 보니 구조작업에서 가장 중요한 역할을 하는 잠수사들을 효율적으로 운용하지 못해 결국 구조작업이 늦어지는 결과를 낳고 말았습니다.
낮엔 조류가 빨라서 못하고 밤엔 어두워서 못한다구요? 절대 그렇지 않습니다.
구조대원분들은 제가 알기로도 산전수전 다 겪으신 분들입니다.
준비가 된 것이 없으니 당연히 늦어지는 것뿐입니다.
오늘로 침몰 4일째입니다.
그러면, 상식적으로 보더라도 침몰된 배 안의 승조원들을 구조하는데 잠수작업이 필수적이란 것은 불문가지이고 촌각을 다투는 상황에서 짧은 시간안에 가급적 다수의 잠수사들이 작업을 해야만 하며 잠수병을 예방하기 위해 감압챔버가 필수적이라는 것은 당연한 이치임에도 그런 준비도 없이 감압챔버를 달랑 하나만 준비한다는 것이 상식적으로 도저히 이해가 되질 않습니다.
이거 다음엔 저거, 저거 다음엔 이거 이렇게 똑부러지게 후속조치 하나 제대로 못합니까?
소꿉놀이하는 철부지 제 아들들도 밥 먹은 후엔 이빨 닦아야 된다는 것을 알고 밥 먹기 전부터 칫솔을 준비해 놓는데, 잠수사들이 동원되면 감압챔버가 넉넉히 필요하다는 것도 제대로 모르고 준비를 못합니까?
그리고 오늘 오후엔 정보과 형사들까지 색출해서 쫓아냈다고 합니다.
뉴스에도 나오더군요. 아니, 실종자 가족들이 무슨 간첩집단입니까? 아니면 폭도라도 됩니까?
그저 생떼같은 자식들 군대 보낸 죄로 당신들에게 그런 대접을 받을 뿐입니다.
TV에 나오는 가족들이 간첩처럼 보입니까? 폭도처럼 보입니까?
도대체 가족들에게 무슨 정보를 캐내려고 프락치를 심어놓습니까?
그나마 당신들이 주는 그 실낱같은 어줍잖은 정보에 매달려 자식들의 무사 귀환만을 빌고 있는 사람들에게 도대체 무슨 정보를 캐낼 것이 있어서 그럽니까?
저 시퍼런 바다에 자식들을 놓고 애간장이 다 타들어간 가족들에게 위로는 못할망정 간첩취급 폭도취급을 합니까? 누가 저들을 거기에 있게 했습니까? 바로 국가입니다.
그 알량한 대한민국! 당신들처럼 "높고 가진" 사람들을 지키고자 저들이 지금 저 바다에 갇혀 극한의 공포에 떨고 있습니다. 당신들처럼 "높고 가진" 사람들이야 자식들 아니 당신들 선조때부터 이런 핑계 저런 이유로 군인이라는 신분을 지녀본 적이 없으니 자식들 군에 보낸 부모들의 그 애닳는 마음을 절대 알 턱이 없지요. 우리 어머니도 저를 군대에 보내놓고 입소 후 집에 돌아온 제 옷을 붙들고 한달간을 밭을 매면서 애끓는 마음에 흙바닥을 뒹굴면서 울었습니다. 당신들 그 마음을 알기나 압니까?
오늘 저는 중대한 결심 하나를 합니다.
저는 아들만 둘입니다.
저희 애들을 낳을 무렵 미국의 지인을 통해 원정출산의 기회를 얻을 수 있었고 또 충분히 그럴 수 있는 능력과 함께 방법도 훤히 알고 있었지만 그 알량한 애국심을 핑계로 우리 애들에게 그 잘난 "대한민국인"으로 자라게 하겠노라는 마음 하나로 흔들리는 마음을 다잡았더랬습니다.
오늘 그 결심을 바꿉니다.
우리 아이들을 무슨 일이 있어도 대한민국의 군인으로 만들 일은 결단코 없을 것입니다.
돈이 필요하다면 장기를 팔아서라도 그리 하겠습니다.
내 목숨을 줘도 아깝지 않을 내 자식들에게 어차피 죽으면 썩어 없어질 제 장기 하나쯤 문제가 되겠습니까?
오늘부터 저는 이빨을 악다물고 돈을 모으렵니다.
그 돈으로 소위 "빽"을 사야 된다면 살 것이고 유학이라도 보내서 영주권을 따야 된다면 그리 하겠습니다.
설령 대한민국에 돌아오지 못하는 한이 있더라도 목숨을 담보잡히고 국가를 지키는 데도 이 따위 대접밖에 못받는다면 굳이 이 알량하고 잘난 대한민국에 살 이유가 있겠습니까?
군입대 영장이 나올 때마다 행방불명으로 군역을 면제받은 자가 소위 여당의 대표로 위세를 떨면서, 군복무를 마치고 하나밖에 없는 동생까지 군대에서 잃은 스님에게 빨갱이로 몰아붙이는 이 불가사의한 나라에 이젠 정말이지 넌덜머리가 납니다.

멀쩡한 생존자들도 입막음과 허위진술 교육시키려고 국군병원에 강제로 격리시키듯이
침몰된 선체에 어뢰로 공격당한것처럼 꾸밀수도있다 그후 공개하며 북풍조작하려는 수작부릴수도있다
