‘가장 쉽고 재미있는 뉴스’를 만들자는 취지로 탄생한 ‘만화뉴스-코카뉴스’의 제2기 편집위원회(이하 편집위)가 6월 5일 정식 발족했다.
코카뉴스 편집위는 이날 서울 연세대 공학관 창업센터 내 사무실 회의실에서 첫 모임을 열고 코카뉴스의 분야별 편집기본방침을 확정했다.
편집위가 확정한 분야별 편집방침에 따르면 △정치 : 중도와 균형 △통일 : 남북의 화합과 공존 △경제 : 자본주의 자유시장 경제체제 △사회 : 전통적 가치와 관점 존중 △문화/스포츠/연예 : 무분별한 황색 저널리즘 반대 △국제 : 세계 각 민족 간의 공존공영, 아시아 아프리카에 대한 관심 제고 등이 포함됐다.
편집위는 특히 ‘만화뉴스-코카뉴스’의 주된 취재 영역을 문화예술 분야에 두되, 산업적으로는 만화 애니메이션 캐릭터 등과 같은 콘텐츠산업 관련 영역에 취재역량을 모으기로 했다.
편집위는 이날 확정한 구체적인 편집방침과 내용을 코카뉴스 홈페이지 첫 화면 ‘회사소개’란에 국문과 영문으로 함께 게재하기로 했다.
한편 코카뉴스 제2기 편집위원회는 앞으로 코카뉴스의 편집과 관련된 업무 뿐 아니라 독자들의 권익을 도모할 수 있는 일도 함께 추진하게 된다.
제2기 편집위원은 다음과 같다.
